Brand internationalization: VIANEWS Hotwire’s event presented the pathways for companies seeking for new markets

VIANEWS Hotwire hosted a special event in Sao Paulo, in early June, to help local companies seeking to expand their business to international markets, but have doubts on how to get started.

Focused on the communication and marketing aspects involved in an international expansion, the event featured lectures by Mervyn Lowe, COO of Bradesco inovaBra Habitat – and entrepreneur who entered the Chinese market years ago with digital solutions for the Education sector; Alessandro Gil, experience director at VTEX, who currently leads the international expansion of the e-commerce company; and Pedro Cadina, founder and CEO of VIANEWS, telling the agency’s own path in the international market in the last two decades. The event was hosted by Adalberto Piotto, anchor and editor-in-chief of “Cenário Econômico”, from TV Brasil.

In addition to the interesting content brought by the speakers, the event featured a series of short videos recorded by communications experts from across the globe, covering Russia, China, France, Belgium, India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Colombia, and Chile. Each of those geographies contributed with essential tips on what to do and what not to do when starting a communication program.
